Thomas Buchar is a seasoned venture builder with 12 successful exits across multiple sectors, known for guiding companies from inception to acquisition.

His expertise spans scaling businesses, raising capital, and building ventures in media, fintech, DeepTech, and sustainability.Starting in television and music, Thomas founded Chicago Group International, Inc., later sold to Polygram, and Geneva Risk Services, LLC, acquired in 2008.

As Chairman of Yezzi!, he led its growth into a global remittance leader before its 2014 acquisition.In media, he served as CEO of Kultur International Films (behind "Riverdance" and "The Three Tenors") and mentored Twittad.com, pioneering influencer campaigns on Twitter.

He also founded POM Solutions, LLC, a mobile payment platform. Now Managing Partner & Chairman of Global Accelerated Ventures (GAV) and GAV Conservation Management, LLC, Thomas drives DeepTech and sustainability ventures with partners like Citrix and Oxford University.

Erwin Werring is a seasoned venture builder and serial entrepreneur with a diversified background in finance at Morgan Stanley CI and as a pop music writer and producer at Universal Records USA.

As a venture builder, he has developed SaaS, online marketing, and web3 technology, including LinkBundle for benchmarking the online marketing performance of retail banks and Attrace for referral marketing in web3.

He currently leads the HealthTech company Reducept, a VR platform for managing chronic pain without medication.

Mark Foligno is a renowned film and television producer with over fifty credits across a three-decade career, including the Oscar-winning The King’s Speech and BAFTA-winning Moon.

Currently with Creative Collective International (CCI), Mark is developing AI-driven solutions for post-production and distribution through his AI patents. He is also the founder of HYRON AI, an AI tech company focused on film and gaming.

Mark serves as Senior Vice President of LipSync Post Production and previously transformed Molinare Post Production into one of the UK’s largest film facilities.

His past roles include Head of Media for UK & Ireland at Sony Broadcast.Recent Executive Producer credits include Freud’s Last Session (starring Sir Anthony Hopkins and Matthew Goode), Salvable with Toby Kebbell and Shia LaBeouf, Deep Fear, Hounds of War, and Subterranean.
